Bill's Service Center sells parts for most of the major brands of gas-powered, lawn and garden equipment and engines sold today.  When requesting parts in person at the Parts Counter, over the phone or by email, please provide the relevant equipment model/serial, engine model/spec or carburetor model/spec.  Without the proper numbers it may not be possible to look up your parts.  If your brand is not listed below, please email.

Parts Policies

Parts that we normally stock may be returned within 30 days in a new, unused condition, unopened with all original packing materials, and with a copy of your receipt.  There is one exception: there are no returns on any electrical component, regardless of condition.

Depending on the brand and/or cost of the part, we will either collect a deposit or payment in full before an order is submitted.  All parts ordered in are considered "non-stock" and cannot be returned.

Please note that the day you ordered a part from us may not be the same day the order was actually submitted.  Manufacturers and suppliers almost always impose order minimums and/or charge shipping and handling fees that must be considered before ordering.  During the spring, summer and fall we generally order parts at least once or twice a week for our best-selling brands.  Brands that we do not deal with often are ordered much less frequently.  (Based on customer feedback, we're proud to say our Parts Department is known for getting most orders in more quickly than other local dealers.)

Once an order has been submitted it usually takes 2-3 days to receive it.  Parts do not have a guaranteed delivery time.  We receive shipments from UPS, FedEx, Spee-Dee, USPS and by truck throughout each weekday.  There is no set schedule from the carriers.  Customers have the option of expediting an order, but be aware that overnight shipping can be expensive and many manufacturers and suppliers impose surcharges in addition to the shipping fee.  And not all manufacturers and suppliers offer the option of rush orders.

If a part has been back ordered the time to receive it depends on numerous factors.  Most manufacturers or suppliers are able to fill back orders within 7-14 days, but some companies are notorious for longer delays.

We are able to ship almost any part from our location around the world using USPS or UPS.  The one exception is Stihl, which prohibits dealers from shipping any equipment or parts.

We do not stock or sell parts for the original McCulloch brand of chain saws, trimmers, etc.  McCulloch has been out of business for a long time and we have no supply channel for obsolete parts.

We do not sell parts for engines or equipment generally categorized as "no name" or "Chinese clones."  If your equipment and/or engine is not made by a manufacturer listed on this page, we do not have a supply channel for such parts.

We do not sell used parts.
